How paduno works

Booking a court is easy. Finding three other people at your level, on the same night, who you'd like to see again, is the hard part. That's the part we guarantee.

  1. stranger
  2. fourth
  3. regular
  4. crew
  5. competitor

One spot. The other three are on us

Most ways to play padel leave the four to luck. An open match can be one short at 9pm. A social can have someone sitting out every round. We run the game the other way round: the four comes first.

The Full Court Guarantee

Four on your court, every round, at your Level. Or it's free.

  1. Courts go live at four

A game is sold court by court. Each court is confirmed when its fourth player books, and only then do we pay the venue for it. Two days before, any court that isn't full goes back to the venue. Its players are offered another court or night, or a full refund.

  2. Your captain is the fourth

Every captain plays to the Level of the game they host. If someone drops out late or picks up a knock, the captain steps on court so the other three still play.

  3. Levels are checked on court

Your starting Level is a guess, yours. After round one your captain has watched you play and can move you to a closer court. After five games your Level is settled.

  4. The other three can count on you

Cancel more than two days before for a full refund. Inside two days the court is paid for, so your place is only refunded if someone from the waitlist takes it. That rule is what keeps the guarantee affordable.

If we miss, it's free. If any round of your game is played with fewer than four on your court, or we can't place you in your Level band, your spot is refunded in full. You don't have to ask.

Why late, and why Sundays

Peak evenings in London sell out in minutes. But about half of off-peak court time goes unsold, and an empty court earns a venue nothing. We play in the hours that work for both of you: late weekday courts, Sunday evenings, and daytime women's games in school hours.

Where your money would go

Every spot on a live court of four pays for the same things. Prices are set once we've agreed courts with venues, and the full breakdown is published before the first game goes on sale.
