Four on every court. Every round

Three booked. Court on hold.Four booked. Court goes live.
The Full Court Guarantee

Padel needs exactly four. Most ways to play leave that to luck. We don't.

  1. Courts go live at four

We sell games court by court. A court is confirmed when its fourth player books. If it isn't full two days out, you move to another court or night, or get your money back.

  2. Your captain is the fourth

If someone drops out late or picks up a knock, the captain plays. Nobody sits out and nobody plays three-a-side.

  3. Levels are checked on court

After round one your captain can move anyone whose Level is off, so every court stays close.

  4. The other three can count on you

Inside two days your place is held and the court is paid for, so a late drop-out isn't refunded unless the waitlist fills it.

If we miss, it's free. If any round of your game is played with fewer than four on your court, or we can't place you in your Level band, your spot is refunded in full.

  1. You walk in aloneYour captain knows your name before you say it, and takes you to the three people on your court.
  2. Round oneFour on court, all close to your Level. Rounds are short, so nobody is stuck with a bad match.
  3. Re-seededThe captain watched round one. Anyone in the wrong band moves courts now, not next week.
  4. Last pointScores go on the sheet. Your Level moves and the result is posted within the hour.

Not taking bookings yet. This is how games will be listed in an example week, starting with East London: late weekday courts, Sunday evenings and daytime women's sessions, the hours venues find hardest to fill.

East London is where we're looking for courts first. No venue partnership is signed yet. See what's live today.

    Who we build for first

    Find your people

The players padel leaves out most, and the ones a guaranteed game helps most.

    • Women playing padel togetherPlanned

      women's sessions

Run by women captains, including daytime games in school hours. Only about three in ten UK players are women, and many rate themselves lower than they play, so a captain who checks levels on court matters.

      Women's and inclusive sessions
    • Two players tapping rackets over the netPlanned

      first timers

Your first game starts with twenty minutes of basics and a borrowed racket. The Level band is capped, so you're never out of your depth.

How a First Timers game runs
    • A group of adults playing padel indoorsPlanned

      crews

When your people start booking the same nights, give the group a name. A crew isn't a doubles pair. It can hold dozens of players and has its own table.

      How crews work

    Stranger to regular

Most ways to play stop at the booking. paduno is built around what happens after it. Stop anywhere on this line and you've still had a good game.

    How paduno works

    1. strangerYou book one spot, on your own. Play
    2. fourthYour court goes live at four, at your Level. Play
    3. regularYou tick who you'd play again. Mutual ticks become your people. Connect
    4. crewYour people get a name and a table. Connect
    5. competitorYour Level and the season start to count. Compete

    Everyone comes out ahead

A game only runs if it works for the venue and the captain too. Here's what we offer them.

    • For venues

We only light a court when it's full.

Every court we confirm is four paying players in an hour you'd otherwise struggle to sell, paid every Monday. We never ask for peak hours or book over your own socials.

      The venue deal
    • For captains

Host the game you'd want to walk into.

Paid for every live court you host, plus holiday pay, booked two days ahead and paid if we cancel after that. You also play whenever you're the fourth.
